The Women’s Professional Lacrosse League (WPLL) is pleased to announce Cascade Maverik as the official goalie helmet sponsor for the 2019 season. This summer all 11 WPLL goalies will take the field in helmets from Cascade Maverik, one of the lacrosse equipment industry’s premier companies. In addition to providing goalie helmets, two of the WPLL’s top players, Sammy Jo Tracy and Halle Majorana, are sponsored by Cascade Maverik and will be playing with Cascade Maverik equipment this season.

“Cascade Maverik is thrilled to partner with an organization that helps to grow the women’s game by not only allowing players to continue their lacrosse careers after college, but also sets an example for young female players to follow their passion for lacrosse. We are very proud to have our sponsored athletes SammyJo Tracy (UNC 2017) and Halle Majorana (Syracuse 2016) take the field with the WPLL Pride and represent Cascade Maverik Lacrosse amongst some of the best players in the world,” explained Cascade Maverik’s Laura Edward.

“The WPLL is happy to have Cascade Maverik back as our goalie helmet sponsor for the 2019 season,” explained WPLL SVP Rachael DeCecco. “Cascade Maverik’s helmets provide our keepers with superior protection and field vision, and we are excited to continue working with a brand that is so invested in continuing to grow and support the women’s game.”
